The Historic Harbour Board Building Board Room:
Located on the 1st floor of this historic building is the original board room from 1876, now the main office for the Trust.
With seating for 10 people this is the ideal space for small meetings.
Please note: This space is located on the 1st floor with no lift access.

Smith's Grainstore:
This ideal spot for a wedding, conference dinner or a soiree, is located on the ground floor of one of the grandest grain stores built in New Zealand, with double street entrances off Harbour and Tyne Streets.
Cocktail - 100 people
Dinner - 70 people
Theatre style - 50 people
Please note: Furniture for this space needs to be hired at an extra charge.
